Founded in 1984, the Trading Exchange Co. (CTE) has been a pioneer within the industry for over 38 years. Initially, the CTE began their journey by importing sanitary ware; varying from bathroom appliances and units, to thermal tiles and spare parts for heaters and thermostats.

As Egypt is progressively becoming more aware of energy usage and becoming more ecofriendly by aiming to reduce electrical consumption, today, CTE pivoted to the renewable energy sector by expanding into the field of solar energy and the import of solar lights including street and garden lights. After achieving dominance in the bathroom & sanitary sector, CTE plans to achieve dominance in the renewable energy sector
